An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R -1 A (One-
family Residential) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property located
on the northeast right-of-way line of Reedale Avenue, 280 feet, more or less, west
of Peach Orchard Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other
purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out abovel is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1A (One-family Residential) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood
Business )affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-
way line of Reedale Avenue; 280 feet, more or less, west
of Peach Orchard Road; thence, in a northwesterly
direction along the northeast right-of-way line of
Reedale Avenue a distance of 185 feet, more or less, to
a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance
of 165 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a
southeasterly direction a distance of 48 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a
distance of 20 feet, more or less, to a point; thence,
in a southeasterly direction a distance of 130 feet,
more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly
direction a distance of 135 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning. This property contains .5 acres and
consists of three tax parcels that are known as 2105,
2107, and 2109 Reedale Avenue. (Tax Map 110-3 Parcels
034, 035, & part of 036)
SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
