An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the
zoning from Zone R-I (One-family Residential), Zone R-IA (One-family
Residential) and Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone B-2 affecting
property located on the southwest comer of the intersection of Davis Road
and Camilla Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other
purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-I (One-family Residential), Zone R-
IA (One-family Residential) and Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone B-2 affecting
property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the southwest
corner of the intersection of Davis Road and
Camilla Road; thence, in a southerly direction
along the west right-of-way line of Davis Road a
distance of 477 feet to a point; thence, in a
southwesterly direction a distance of 346 feet,
more or less, to a point; thence, in a northerly
direction a distance of 667 feet, more or less, to
a point; thence, in an easterly direction a
distance of 187 feet, more or less, to the west
right-of-way line of Camilla Road; thence, in a
southerly direction along the west right-of-way
line of Camilla Road a distance of 155 feet, more
or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly
direction a distance of 385 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning. This property contains
5.43 acres and is known under the present numbering
system as 205 Davis Road. (Tax Map 16 Parcel 24)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
