ORDINANCE NO. 6881
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments lhich have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authoriJed under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of thl State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-IA (One-
family Residential) L Zone R-IE (One-family Residential) affecting property located
where the southeJt right-of-way line of Dover Street intersects with the
s'outhwest right-Of-II ay line of Miles Street; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict
herewith and for other p rposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND ~OUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the compreJensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of NoJmber, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map film Zone R-IA (One-family Residential) to Zone R-IE (One-family
Residential) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located where the southeast right-
of-way line of Dover Street intersects with the
southwest right-of-way line of Miles Street; thence, in
a southeasterly direction along the southwest right-of-
way line of Miles Street a distance of 146.70 feet to a
point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance
of 110.00 feet to a point; thence, in a northwesterly
direction a distance of 140 feet, more or less, to a
point located on the southeast right-of-way line of
Dover Street; thence, in a northeasterly direction along
the southeast right-of-way line of Dover Street a
distance of 110.50 feet to the point of beginning. This
property contains .36 acres and is known under the
present numbering system as 2513 and 2515 Dover Street.

SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
