ORDINANCE NO. 6879
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-MH
(Manufactured Home Residential) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting
rroperty located on the north right-of-way line of Turkey Trail Drive, 180 feet, more
or less, east of the northeast comer of the intersection of Windsor Spring Road
and Turkey Trail Drive; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other
purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) to Zone B-1
(Neighborhood Business)affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the north right-of-way
line of Turkey Trail Drive, 180 feet, m~re or less, east
of the northeast corner of the intersection of Windsor
Spring Road and Turkey Trail Drive; thence, N 17056" E a
distance of 116 feet, more or less, to a point; thence,
S 76004'30" E a distance of 195.19 feet to a point;
thence, S 35006'30" W a distance of 172.75 feet to a
point located on the north right-of-way line of Turkey
Trail Drive; thence, N 54053'30" W along the north
right-of-way line of Turkey Trail Drive a distance of
148.34 feet to the point of beginning. This property
contains .54 acres and is known under the present
numbering system as 2429 Turkey Trail Drive. (Tax Map
166 Parcel 168)
SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
