ORDINANCE NO. 6g5'5~.
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16,1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-1
(Neighborhood Business) to A (Agriculture) affecting property located on the northeast
right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road, 1,110 feet, more or less, east of Maddox Road;; and for
the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to A (Agriculture) affecting
property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of
Wrightsboro Road, 1,110 feet, more or less, east of Maddox Road;
thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 200 feet to a
point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 121
feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly
direction a distance of 201 feet, more or less, to a point located
on the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road; thence, in
a northwesterly direction along the northeast right-of-way line of
Wrightsboro Road a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning.
This property contains approximately .51 acres and is known under
the present and is" known under the present numbering system as
3647 Wrightsboro Road (Tax Map 40 Parcel 114)
SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 17.1:.h. day of January' 2006.
