Home My WebLink AboutORD 6848 BEAVER DRIVE ORDINANCE NO.~ <<If An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone R-IA (One-family Residential) affecting property located on the southeast right-of-way line of Beaver Drive, 300 feet, more or less, east of Marks Church Road;; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-2 (Geneml Business) to Zone R-IA (One-family Residential) affecting property as follows: . II ." Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of-way. line of Beaver Drive, 300 feet, more or less, east of Marks Church Road; thence, in an easterly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Beaver Drive a distance of 215 feet, more or less, toa point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 418 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 85 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 360 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 1.62 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 3392 Beaver Drive. (Tax Map 41- SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 19- day of Dec ,2005.
