ORDINANCE NO. 6833 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-1A (One-family Residential) to Zone R-1E (One-family Residential) affecting property located on the northeast right-of-way line of Rosier Road, 128.0 feet northwest ofthe northwest comer of the intersection of Cadden Road and Rosier Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1A (One-family Residential) to Zone R-1E (One-family Residential) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of Rosier Road, 128.0 feet northwest of the northwest comer of the intersection of Cadden Road and Rosier Road; thence, thence N 65037'30" W along the northeast right-of-way line of Rosier Road a distance of 501.07 feet to a point; thence, N 35016'0" E a distance of 117.3 feet to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 348.84 feet to a point; thence, S 13038"15" E a distance of 95.34 feet to a point; thence, s 13028'50" E a distance of 124.53 feet to the point of beginning. This property is known as 2223 Rosier Road and contains 1.46 acres. (Tax Map 121 Parcel 26) 2 ~ OS - J 0 S . SECTION II. This amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Maps is subject to the following stipulations: That the developer/owner maintain and grass the area between the parking and the public roadway and plant a tree every 40 feet subject to the approval of the Engineering Department. SECTION I~I. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 18 _ day of Oct ,2005.
