An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-1
(Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located on the
northwest right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road (northbound), 350 feet, more
or less, south of Crosscreek Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and
for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RiCHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting
property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the northwest right-of-
way line of Windsor Spring Road (northbound), 350 feet,
more or less, south of Crosscreek Road; thence, in a
southwesterly direction a distance of 370 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, N 60008' 58" W a distance of
209 feet, more or less, to a point located on the
southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road
(southbound); thence, in a northeasterly direction along
the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road
(southbound) a distance of 416 feet, more or less, to a
point; thence, S 63031' 25" E a distance of 315 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning. This property
contains 2.54 acres and is known as Tax Map142 Parcel
74.01.
SECTION II.
This amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Maps for Augusta-
Richmond County are subject to the following conditions:
The only use of the property shall be a car wash or all
uses
allowed in a B-1 zone.
SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
