ORDINANCE NO. 6815
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-1A (One-family
Residential) to Zone R-1C (One-family Residential) affecting property located on the
northeast right-of-way line of Mutimer Drive, 330 feet east of McAlpine Drive;
and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1A (One-family Residential) to Zone R-1C (One-family Residential)
affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-
way line of Mutimer Drive, 330 feet east of McAlpine
Drive; thence, N 18031'07" W a distance of 261,60 feet
to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a
distance of 2, 031 feet, more or less, to a point;
thence, S 37049'18" E a distance of 329,59 feet to a
point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance
of 2,005 feet, more or less, to a point located on the
northeast right-of-way line of Mutimer Drive; thence, in
a southwesterly direction along the northeast right-of-
way line of Mutimer Drive a distance of 138.27 feet to
the point of beginning. This property contains 15.62
acres and is known under the present numbering system as
3541 Mutimer Drive. (Tax Map 108 Parcel 11)

SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed,
