ORDINANCE NO. 6804
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-2 (General
Business) to Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) affecting property
located 100 feet north of the northwest right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road and being 1,170
feet southwest of Old U.S. Hwy 1; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for
other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home
Residential) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located 100 feet north of the
northwest right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road and
being 1,170 feet southwest of Old U.S. Hwy 1; thence, in
a westerly direction a distance of 400 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a
distance of 880 feet, more or less, to a point; thence,
in a southeasterly direction a distance of 910 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning. This property
contains 4.1 acres and is known under the present
numbering system as 3645 Deans Bridge Road. (Part of
Tax Map 118 Parcell)
SECTION II. This amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Maps for Augusta-
Richmond County is subject to the following condition:
That there be no more than one additional subdivision of the 4.1 acres that is the subject ofthis
petition.
SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
