ORDINANCE NO. 6801 " An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located on the northeast comer of the intersection of Sanford Court and Milledgeville Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: 2-_0&- S, . . , '. .~j Beginning at a point located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Sanford Court and Milledgeville Road; thence, N 21051'40" E along the southeast right- of-way line of Sanford Court a distance of 180 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 141 feet, more or less, to a point located on the west right-of-way line of Fayetteville Drive; thence, S 03009'27" W along the west right-of-way line of Fayetteville Drive a distance of 170 feet, more or less, to a point located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Fayetteville Drive and Milledgeville Road; thence, N 86058'00" W along the north right-of-way line of Milledgeville Road a distance of 198 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains .70 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 2521 Milledgeville Road. (Tax Map 71-4 Parcels 14.02 and 14.03) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 2L day of .Tlmp ,2005. APPROVED THIS June 21 ,2005.
