ORDINANCE 6796
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by
the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16,
1997 by amending Section 20 P-1 (Professional Zone) of the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to provide for office or professional use
which is similar in character or nature.
THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the
following to Section 20-1 (1) (Professional) Zone:
(1) Any office or professional use which is similar in character or nature to
the above mentioned uses upon approval and resolution of the Augusta-
Richmond County Planning Commission may be permitted in a P-1 zone.
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
