ORDINANCE NO.6790
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-IC (One-family
\
Residential) to Zone P-l (professional) affecting property located on the south right-of-way
line of Wheeler Road, 73 feet, more or less, west of Wheeler Road; and for the
repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) to Zone P-l (professional) affecting
property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the south right-of-way line of Wheeler Road, 73
feet, more or less, west of Wheeler Road; thence, in a southerly direction a
distance of 107 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a
distance of 73 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a
distance of 109 feet, more or less, to a point located on the south right-of-way line
of Wheeler Road; thence, in an easterly direction along the south right-of-way
line of Wheeler Road a distance of 67.0 feet to the point of beginning. This
property contains 0.18 acres and is known under the present numbering system as
2708 Wheeler Road. (Tax Map 33-2 Parcel 101)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
