That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone LI (Light Industry) to Zone R-l A (One-family Residential) affecting property as follows: Z-o'S~(~ , ~~ Beginning at a point located 350 feet, more or less, east of the east right- of-way line of Barton Chapel Road and 960 feet, more or less, south of Milledgeville Road; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 220 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 800 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 161 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 134 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 650 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 3.5 acres and is the rear portion of 2332 Barton Chapel Road. (Tax Map 83 rear of Parcel 10.4) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this IS _ day of Feb ,2005.
