That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: z-o.s-- I[ :I Beginning at a point located on the southwest right-of-way line of Sand Bar Ferry Road, 415 feet, more or less, southeast of East Cedar Street; thence, in a southeasterly direction along the southwest right-of-way line of Sand Bar Ferry Road a distance of 100.0 feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 111.0 feet to a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of an unnamed Alley; thence, in a northwesterly direction along the northeast right-of-way line of an unnamed Alley a distance of 100.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 111.0 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately .26 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 216 Sand Bar Ferry Road. (Tax map 48-3 Parcels 106 & 107) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed, Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this ~ day of Feb ,2005. APPROVED THIS February 15 ,2005.
