J ~ ORDINANCE NO. 6766 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located on the north right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road, 270 feet, more or less, west of a point where the centerline of Valley Park West extended intersects; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: z~os-- }~ , .' Beginning at a point located on the north right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road, 270 feet, more or less, west of a point where the centerline of Valley Park West extended intersects; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 58 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 165 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 60 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 165 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains .22 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 3203 Wrightsboro Road. (Tax Map 42-1 Parcel 34.4) SECTION II . This amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Map for Augusta-Richmond County is subject to the following stipulation: That only 8-2 use be the use specified in this petition and those uses allowed in 8-1 zoning. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this ~ day of Feb ,2005.
