That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone R-l (One-family Residential) affecting property as follows: 2-0S'- 0'5'"' 1 j\ . Beginning at a point located on the northwest comer of the intersection of Wrightsboro Road and Maddox Road; thence, N 87057'43" W along the north right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a distance of 329.43 feet to a point; thence, N 13058'00" W a distance of 150.0 feet to a point; thence, N 85010'24" W a distance of 74.99 feet to a point; thence, N 13058'00" W a distance of 241 feet to a point; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 405 feet, more or less, to a point located on the west right-of-way line of Maddox Road; thence, in a southerly direction along the west right-of-way line of Maddox Road a distance of 387 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 3.3 acres. (Tax Map 39 Parcels 7.1, 7.2 & 8) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 1-8- day of Jan ,2005. APPROVED THIS January 18 ,2005.
