L\ FILE NUMBER: ) '1 5 S ) NUMBER OF PAGES: ~ ': ~~ ~ a, ORDINANCE NO.~ An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) to Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) affecting property located where the southwest right-of-way line of Norton Road intersects with the northwest right-of-way line of Knox A venue; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-I C (One-family Residential) to Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) affecting property as follows: z-(:)'/- J 1~ ); ')" '" '" Beginning at a point located where the southwest right-of-way line of Norton Road intersects with the northwest right-of-way line of Knox Avenue; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 156 feet, more or less, to a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of Victoria Drive; thence, in a northwesterly direction along the northeast right-of- way line of Victoria Drive a distance of 330 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 149 feet, more or less to the point of beginning. This property contains 1.08 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 210 and 214 Victoria Drive. (Tax Map 87-3 Parcel 112 & 113) SECTION II. This amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Maps is subject to the following stipulation: That only 3 single family units maybe placed on this property. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
