An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by
the Augusta-Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997
by amending Section 3-12 pertaining to Special Building Setbacks:
THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting
Section 3-12, Special Building Setbacks as follows:
3-12 Special Building Setbacks: No building, structure, or part thereof or
obstruction of any character, shall be erected, or altered, regardless of the
use thereon, on any lot:
SECTION II. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance IS amended by

changing Section 3-12, Special Building Setbacks as follows:
3-12 Special Building Setbacks: No building, structure, or part thereof or
obstruction of any character including the minimum required off-street
parking spaces for a land use included in Section 4 of this Ordinance, shall
be erected, or altered, regardless of the use thereon, on any lot:
SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
Duly adopted. by the Augusta-Richmond County Commission on this 5th
