ORDINANCE NO. ? 7 51 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-IA (One-family Residential) to Zone R-l (One-family Residential) affecting property known as the Lakemont Subdivision bounded by Lakemont Drive on the east, Redwood Drive on the west and Woodbine Road on the north; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-IA (One-family Residential) to Zone R-I (One-family Residential) affecting property as follows: 2-~lf -1/ (p ,< ; .. The properties included in this rezoning petition are as follows: Tax Map 19-4 Parcels 88, 105 thru 108, 114, 115, 116.01, 120 thru 132, 134.01 and 135; Tax Map 20-3 Parcels 76-79, 81-107, 109-123, 126, 135, 136, 150-152, 154-157, 201-204; Tax Map 26-2 Parcels 153-165, 167, 168; Tax Map 27-1 Parcels 1-19, 22-46 SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed, Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 21_ day of Dec ,2004.
