An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the
zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone B-2
(General Business) affecting property located on the south right-of-way line of
Wrightsboro Road at the Belair Road intersection; and for the repeal of
ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone B-2 (General
Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the south right-of-way line of Wrightsboro
Road at the Belair Road intersection; thence, in an easterly direction along
the south right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a distance of 320 feet,
more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of
525 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a
distance of 297 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly
direction a distance of 620 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
This property consists of seven tax parcels totaling 3.74 acres and is
known under the present numbering system as 3524, 3526, and 3534
Wrightsboro Road. (Tax Map 40 Parcel 97 & 98 and Tax Map 53 Parcels
151 thru 155)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
