That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: 2 -C)l.f - CJ 9 \, . Beginning at a point located where the northwest right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road intersects the northeast right-of-way line of Morgan Road; thence, in a northwesterly direction along the northeast right-of-way line of Morgan Road a distance of 144.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 278 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 200 feet, more or less, to a point located on the northwest right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road; thence, in a southwesterly direction along the northwest right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road a distance of 302 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 1.00 acre. (Tax Map 106 Parcel 85) SECTION II. This amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Maps for Augusta-Richmond County is subject to the following stipulations: 1. that if the property is developed as a automobile sales lot it must conform to the Augusta Tree Ordinance. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 1 EL- day of Nov ,2004.
