'" ORDINANCE NO. 6734 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-l C (One-family Residential) and Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone R-IE (One-family Residential) affecting property located where the northwest right-of-way of James Brown Boulevard intersects the northeast right-of- way line of Hopkins Street; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) and Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone R-lE (One-family Residential) affecting property as follows: 2.-0"\- g~ '\ .. Beginning at a point located where the northwest right-of-way of James Brown Boulevard intersects the northeast right-of-way line of Hopkins Street; thence, N 66000'00" W along the northeast right-of-way line of Hopkins Street a distance of 200.00 feet to a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Bennett Lane; thence, N 24000'00" E along the southeast right-of-way line of Bennett Lane a distance of 80.00 feet to a point; thence, S 66000'00" E a distance of 200.00 feet to a point located on the northwest right-of-way line of James Brown Boulevard; thence, S 24000'00" W along the northwest right-of-way line of James Brown Boulevard a distance of 80.00 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately .36 acres. (Tax Map 46-4 Parcels 463, 464 & 465) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
