ORDINANCE NO.6 7 25 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmorid County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) with a Special Exception for a convenience store affecting property located on the northwest comer of the intersection of Richmond Hill Road and Windsor ., Spring Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION. 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the capti?n of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) with a Special Exception for 'a convenience store affecting property as follows: z- oy- (50 ,:',. ...., I \.; Beginning at a point located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Richmond Hill Road and Windsor Spring Road; thence, in a soutJ:1westerly direction along the northwest right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road a distance of 655 feet, more or less; to a point; thence, N 22023'32" W a distance of 68.16 feet to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 581 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, S 68046' 16" E a distance of 362.40 feet to a 'point; thence, S 25040'45" W a distance of 100.0 feet to a point; thence, S 70029'50" E a distance of 120.21 feet to a point located on the northwest right-of-way line of Richmond Hill Road; , , thence, S 44048'01" W along the northwest right-of-way line of Richmond Hill Road a distance of 112.12 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains 4.43 acres. (Tax Map 121 Parcel22) 'SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
