ORDINANCE NO, 6i7/2:4:, An 'Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- , " Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-IE (One-family Residential) to Zone R-2 (Two-family Residential) affecting property located on the northwest right-of-way line of Kissingbower Road, 370 feet, more or less, southwest of Walden Drive; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended (Two-family Residential) affecting property as follows: by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-IE (One-family Residential) to Zone R-2 2-0</- 8) 'I" ". ,. " "r , , i-'" Beginning at a point located on the northwest right-of-way line of Kissingbower Road, 370 feet, more or less, southwest of Walden Drive; thence, in a southwesterly direction along the northwest right-of-way line of Kissingbower Road a distance of 74 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 216 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 33 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 216 feet, more or less, to the pOInt of beginning. This property contains .27 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1813 Kissingbower Road (Tax Map 57-3 Parcel 137.2) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereofthis21 _ day of ~prt- ,2004. APPROVED THIS Sept 4" ,2004.
