" ,,',' . >' _' '. ...' t. ~ ," . i ~' ORDINANCE NO, 6722 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the , zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone R-IB (One-family Residential) to Zone B- 2 (General Business) affecting property located on the west right-of-way line of Barton Chapel Road, 520 feet, more or less, north of where the centerline of Franke Industrial Drive: Extended, intersects; a~d for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone R-lB (One~family Residential) to Zone B-2 (General Business)affecting property as follows: z-oc.;'-7tr; ': ~\.. . ',,,J.. 41 ~"'l f: Beginning at a point located on the west right-of-way line of Barton Chapel Road, 520 feet,' more or less, north of where the centerline of Franke Industrial Drive Extended intersects; thence, S 08039' 54" E along. the west right-of-way line of Barton Chapel Road a distance of 147 feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 1,314 feet to a point; thence, N 08039'54" W a distance of 147 feet to a point; t,hence, N 72053' 41" E a distance of 1,504 to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 5 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1727 Barton Chapel Road. (Tax Map 53 Parcel 83) SECTION II.
