An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments ,which have been approved by either the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the
zoning from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) with conditions to Zone B-1
(Neighborhood Business) affecting property located where the southwest right-of-way
line of Stevens Creek Road intersects with the northwest right-of-way line of Mayo
Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) with conditions to
Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located where the southwest right-of-way line of
Stevens Creek Road intersects with the northwest right-of-way line of
Mayo Road; thence, S 53047'02" W along the northwest right-of-way line
of Mayo Road a distance of306.09 feet to a point; thence, N 36012'58" W
a distance of 315.28feet to,apoint; thence, N 55029'54" E a distance of
257.59 feet to a point located on the southwest right-of-way line of
Stevens Creek Road; thence, in a southeasterly direction along the
southwest right-of-way line of Stevens Creek Road a distance of 311.50
feet to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 2
acres. (part of Tax Map 6 Parcel 13)
SECTION II. This amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Maps for
Augusta-Richmond County are subject to the following conditions:
That the only use of the property be limited to medical professional uses
That there be only one curb cut to Mayo Road.
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of all Ordinances in conflict
