YEAR: O~ BOX NUMBER: 1,3 FILE NUMBER: t13 15 NUMBER OF PAGES: Z. ,. .' .,.: ORDINANCENO.~715 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located where the southwest right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road intersects the northwest right-of-way line of Powell Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: TIlE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: z. --att -(.3 ~' 0,0 ,:.-. Beginning at a point located where the southwest right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road intersects the northwest right-of-way line of Powell Road; thence, in a southwesterly direction along the northwest right-of- way line of Powell Road a distance of 220 feet, more or less, to a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of Jimmie Dyess Parkway; thence, N 26049'33" W along the northeast right-of-way line of Jimmie Dyess Parkway a distance of278.89 feet to a point; thence, N 64029'45" E a distance of 124.06 feet to a point located on the southwest right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road; thence, in, a southeasterly direction along the southwest right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a distance of 265 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 1.09 acres. (Tax Map 38 Parcels 27 & 27.01) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
