HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 6709 SEAGO RD Augusta Richmond GA DOCUMENT NAME: D - d~\ - U 1 tF\ DOCUMENT TYPE: 0'(0 \ffif'\C.e..- YEAR: ~\ BOX NUMBER: ;;)J FILE NUMBER: \l'dq, NUMBER OF PAGES: cf) ~ to -~ ORDINANCE N06 709 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Conmussion effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Conunission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) to Zone R-l (One-family Residential) affecting property located on the northeast right-of-way line of Seago Road, 1,070 feet, more or less, north of the northeast corner of the intersection of Ascot Road and Seago Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is an1ended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) to Zone R-l (One-fanlily Residential) affecting property as follows: z-ov~sS' ~ r( \ , p Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of Seago Road, 1,070 feet, more or less, north of the northeast comer of the intersection of Ascot Road and Seago Road; thence, in a northerly direction along the northeast right-of-way line of Seago Road a distance of 50 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 1,050 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 899.34 feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 487.46 feet to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 765.18 feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 585, more less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 10.0 acres. (Tax Map 254 Parcel 1.15 & 1.16) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
