An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Conuuission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the
zoning from Zone R-l(One-family, Residential) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business)
affecting property located on the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road,
350 feet, more or less, west of the southwest comer of the intersection of Winston Way
and Windsor Spring Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for
other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-l (One-family Residential) to Zone B-1
(Neighborhood Business) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor
Spring Road, 350 feet, more or less, west of the southwest comer of the
intersection of Winston Way and Windsor Spring Road; thence, in a
southerly direction a distance 330 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a
westerly direction a distance of 139 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a
northerly direction a distance of 334 feet, more or less, to a point located on
the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road; thence, in an
easterly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring
Road a distance of 139 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This
property contains 1.0 acre and is known under the present numbering system
as 2436 Windsor Spring Road. (Tax Map 131 Parcel 26.1)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
