An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission as authorized tmder the Home Rule Provisions of the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the
zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone R-3B (Multiple-family Residential) to
Zone R-3B (Multiple-fanlily Residential) affecting property located on the south
right-of-way line of Mosely Road, 850 feet, more or less, north of Piney
Grove Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other
purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) and R-3B (Multiple-family
Residential) to Zone R-3B (Multiple-family Residential) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the south right-of-
way line of Mosely Road, 850 feet, more or less,
north of Piney Grove Roadj thence, in a southerly
direction a distance of 299 feet, more or less, to
a pointj thence, in a westerly direction a distance
of 120 feet to a point j thence, in a northerly
direction a distance of 299 feet, more or less, to
a point located on the south right-of-way line of
Mosely Roadj thence, in an easterly direction along
the south right-of-way line of Mosely Road a
distance of120 feet to the' point of beginning.
This property contains .83 acres and is known under
the present numbering system as l027 Mosely Road.

SECTION I I .
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
