ORDINANCE NO. 6694 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No, 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from ZoneR-IA (One-fan1ily Residential) and Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) to ZoneR-IE (One-family Residential) affecting property located on the southeast right-of-way line of Old McDuffie Road, 1,001 feet, more or less, southwest of Winn Drive; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-IA (One-family Residential) and Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) to Zone R-IE (one-family Residential) affecting property as follows: 2,()Y-3l ~ ,. Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Old McDuffie Road, 1,001 feet, more or less, southwest of Winn Drive; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 344 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, N 41014'00" E a distance of 106.48 feet to a point; thence, S 49036'01" E a distance of 1,497.14 feet to a point; thence, S 35027'11" W a distance of 211.28 feet to a point; thence, N 49040' 16" W a distance of 1,862.21 feet to a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Old McDuffie Road; thence, N 40055'46" E along the southeast right-of- way line of Old McDuffie Road a distance of 81 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 8.1 acres. (Tax Map 84-1 Parcels 2 & 3) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
