That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th clay of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: Z-D"-\- ;;,...fo ~ 'L '" ~., Beginning at a point located on the east right-of-way line of Mike Padgett Highway, 892 feet, more or less, south of the southeast corner of the intersection of Bennock Mill Road and Mike Padgett Highway; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 189 feet, more or less; to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 195 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 221 feet, more or less, to a point located on the east right-of-way line of Mike Padgett Highway; thence, in a northerly direction along the east right-of- way line of Mike Padgett Highway a distance of 208 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains .99 acres and is part of 4474 Mike Padgett Highway. (Tax Map 234 Part of Parcel 38) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting WIder the Common Seal thereof this ~ day of March ,2004. APPROVED THIS MARCH 16 ,2004.
