That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance ad9Pted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-2 (Two-family Residential) to Zone P-l (professional) with a Special Exception for residential uses affecting property as follows: z- 04 - ~ ~ ,. )3eginning at a point located on the southe.ast righ,t-of-, way line of Alexander Drive, 1,400 feet, more or less, north of the northeast corner of the intersection of Washington Road and Alexander Drive; thence, in a northerly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Alexander Drive a distance of 202 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 172 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 150.00 feet to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 160 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 347 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 1.55 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1054 Alexander Drive. (Tax Map 13-1 Parcels 7 & 8) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 1L clay of Marc.h ,2004.
