'":; , <- ," (" ORDINANCE NO. 6682 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the ) I Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the '-..., zoning from Zone R-3B (Multiple-family Residential) and Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property located on the \. southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road, 850 feet, more or less, northeast of a point where the centerline of Meadowbrook Drive extended intersects the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Conunissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-3B (Multiple-fan1ily Residential) and Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road, 850 feet, more or less, northeast of a point where the centerline of Meadowbrook Drive extended intersects the southeast right-of -way line of Windsor Spring Road; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road a distance of 190 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 400 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 300 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 118 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 160 feet to a point; thence, in a 2-o4-1~ ( r. ,\ ~, ,. northerly direction a distance of 266 feet, more or less, to the point ,of beginning. This property contains approximately 2 acres and is located on Windsor Spring Road. (Part of Tax map 131, Parcel 26.02) SECTION I I .
