An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Conunission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-
Richmond County Conunission as authorized tmder the Home Rule Provisions of the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the
zoning from Zone R-3B (Multiple-family Residential) and Zone B-2 (General Business)
to Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) affecting property located on the southeast
right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road; 1,040 feet, more or less,
northeast of a point where the centerline of Meadowbrook Drive extended
intersects the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road; and for
the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Conmlissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-3B (Multiple-family Residential) and Zone B-
2 (General Business) to Zone R-1C (One-family Residential) affecting property as follows:
Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of-way
line of Windsor Spring Roadj 1,040 feet, more or less,
northeast of a point where the centerline of Meadowbrook
Drive extended intersects the southeast right-of-way line of
Windsor Spring Roadj thence, in a northeasterly direction
along the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road
a distance 60 feet to a pointj thence, in a southerly
direction a distance of 322 feet, more or less, to a pointj
thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 141 feet, more
or less, to a point j thence, in a southerly direction a
distance of 1,428 feet, more or less, to a point located on
the centerline of Butler, Creekj thence, in a northwesterly
direction along the centerline of Butler Creek a distance of
258 feet, more or less, to a pointj thence, in a northerly
direction a distance of 550 feet, more or less, to a pointj

thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 92 feet, more
or less, to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a
distance of 600 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in an
easterly direction a distance of 300 feet, more or less, to a
point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 400
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property
contains approximately 10 acres and is located on Windsor
Spring Road. (Part of Tax Map 131, Parcel
SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
