ORDINANCE NO.
An Ordinance to anlend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission as authorized tmder the Home Rule Provisions of the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the
zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone LI (Light Industry) affecting property
located on the northwest comer of the intersection of Barsim Road and Hartrich Road;
and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Cormnissioners of
RiclU1lOnd County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is anlended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone LI (Light Industry)
affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the northwest corner of the
intersection of BarsimRoad and Hartrich Road; thence, S
76011' 50" W along the north right-of-way line of Hartrich
Road a distance of 350 feet, more or less, to a point;
thence, N 14013' 25" W a distance of 207.03 feet to a point;
thence, N 75046'22" E a distance of 349.97 feet to a point
located on the west right-of-way line of Barsim Road; thence,
S 14013'25" E along the west right-of-way line of Barsim Road
a distance of 209.62 feet to the point of beginning. This
property contains 1.67 acres and is located at the corner of
Barsim Road and Hartrich Road. (Tax Map 158 part of Parcel
5.15. )
SECTION I I .
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
