An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by
the Augusta-Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997
by amending Section 21 pertaining to retail filling stations.
THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting the
following from Section 21 :
21-1 Permitted Uses
(b) (23) Retail filling stations (n0 aboveground tanks for storage of petroleum
products)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
