An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Riclm10nd County Conm1ission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all an1endments which have been approved by either the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the
zoning from Zone R-1A (One-fan1ily Residential) to Zone R-1C (One-family
Residential) affecting property located on the southeast right-of-way line of Mutimer
Drive, 190 feet, more or less, northeast of Meadowbrook Drive; and for the repeal of
ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1A (One-family Residential) to Zone R-1C
(One-family Residential) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Mutimer
Drive, 190 feet, more or less, northeast of Meadowbrook Drive; thence, in
a northeasterly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Mutimer
Drive a distance of 495 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a
southeasterly direction a distance of 273 feet, more or less, to a point;
thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 533 feet, more or less, to
a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 272 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 3.35 acres and is
known under the present numbering system as 3548 Mutimer Drive. (Tax
Map 107 Parcel 119)
SECTION II. This amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Map is subject
to the following stipulations:
That the development be limited to 9 lots.
SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
