ORDINANCE NO. 6628
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the
zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property
located on the north right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road, 500 feet, more or less, west
of the northwest comer of the intersection of Flowing Wells Road and Wrightsboro
Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business)
affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the north right-of-way line of Wrightsboro
Road, 500 feet, more or less, west of the northwest comer of the
intersection of Flowing Wells Road and Wrightsboro Road; thence, S
86052'02" W along the north right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a
distance of 76.60 feet to a point; thence, N 46000'00" W a distance of
185.62 feet to a point; thence, N 46049'41" E a distance of 224.22 feet to a
point; thence, S 06022 '05" E a distance of 211.05 feet to a point; thence, S
18038'34" E a distance of 72.20 feet to the point of beginning. This
property contains .69 acres and is the western portion of3819 Wrightsboro
Road. (part of Tax Map 39 Parcel 19)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
