Street, 525.0 feet northeast of where the northeast right-of-way line of Wooten Road intersects the northwest right-of-way line of Fifteenth Street; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-3C (Multi-family Residential) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: 2-<::>3- ~(, #' . Beginning at a point located on the northwest right-of-way line of Fifteenth (15th.) Street, 525.0 feet northeast of where the northeast right- of-way line of Wooten Road intersects the northwest right-of-way line of Fifteenth Street; thence, N 63006'47" W a distance of 167.05 feet to a point; thence, N 54050'59" W a distance of97.00 feet to a point; thence, N 23057'07" E a distance of 115.00 feet to a point; thence, S 53042'11" E a distance of 97.00 feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 113 feet, more or less, to a point; S 63006' 47" E a distance of 167.65 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains .25 acres and is known the rear area of1939 15th. Street. (Tax Map 72-1 Parcel 74.1) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 17 _ day of June 2003. APPROVED THIS /;-17 ,2003.
