An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Conmussion effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-
Richmond County Comnussion as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the
zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone B-2
(General Business) affecting property located on the west right-of-way line of
Windsor Spring Road, 150 feet, more or less, north of the northwest comer of the
intersection of Tobacco Road and Windsor Spring Road; and for the repeal of
ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone B-2 (General
Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows:
Beginning at a point located on the west right-of-way line of Windsor Spring
Road, 150 feet, more or less, north of the northwest comer of the intersection of
Tobacco Road and Windsor Spring Road; thence, S 42034'40" W a distance of
51.56 feet to a point; thence, S 53027'22" W a distance of 7.93 feet to a point;
thence, N 60051 '40" W a distance of 38.01 feet to a point; thence, N 30024'46"
W a distance of 174.93 feet to a point; thence, S 60054'20" W a distance of
195.10 feet to a point; thence, S 10037'32" W a distance of79.37 feet to a point;
thence, S 300 24'46" E a distance of 184.44 feet to a point located on the north
right-of-way line of Tobacco Road; thence, N 79022'28" W along the north right-
of-way line of Tobacco Road a distance of 153.60 feet to a point; thence, N
10037'32" E a distance of230.00 feet to a point; thence, N 79022'28" W a

distance of 309.50 feet to a point; thence, S 10037'32" W a distance of 230.00
feet to a point located on the north right-of-way line of Tobacco Road; thence, N
79022'28" W along the north right-of-way line of Tobacco Road a distance of
40.00 feet to a point; thence, N 10037'32" E a distance of 230.00 feet to a point;
thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 286.21 feet to a point; thence,

way line of Tobacco Road; thence, in a westerly direction along the north right-
of-way line of Tobacco Road a distance of 54.04 feet to a point; thence, N
14059'42" E a distance of 199.97 feet to a point; thence, N 74059'58" W a
distance of 199.99 feet to a point; thence, S 14059'42" W a distance of 79.03
feet to a point; thence, N 27045'55" W a distance of 101.79 feet to a point;
thence, N 60054'20" E a distance of 1,209.37 feet to a point; thence, S 74033'06"
E a distance of 603.04 feet to a point located on the west right-of-way line of
Windsor Spring Road; thence, in a southerly direction along the west right-of-
way line of Windsor Spring Road a distance of 720 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning. This property contains approximately 15.5 acres. (Tax Map 141
Part of Parcel 538.5)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
