'" ORDINANCE NO.6617 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-1 (One-family Residential) to Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) affecting property located where the northeast right-of-way line of Jackson Road intersects with the right-of-way line of Sycamore Drive; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RlCHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-l (One-family Residential) to Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) affecting property as follows: ,. 2-03-,~g j; .: ':' . ,,' Beginning at a point located where the northeast right-of-way line of Jackson Road intersects with the right-of-way line of Sycamore Drive; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 357 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 61 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 11 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 181 feet, more or less, to a point located on the northwest right-of-way line of Sycamore Drive; thence, in a westerly direction along the northwest right-of-way line of Sycamore Drive a distance of 348 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 1.09 acres. (Tax Map 41-2 Parcel 30) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 12-- day of June 2003. APPROVED THIS ,2003.
