An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by
the Augusta-Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997
by amending Section 3, Area and Setback Requirements, by deleting
Section 3 (12)(w) in its entirety, and adding a new Section 3 (l2)(w) of the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting Section
3 (12)(w), Special Building Setbacks, in its entirety:
(w) Nearer than forty-five (45) feet from the right-of-way line of Barton
Chapel Road from Wrightsboro Road to U. S. Highway #1.

SECTION n. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amending by adding a new
Section 3 (12)(w), Special Building Setbacks:
(w) Nearer than forty-five (45) feet from the right-of-way line of Barton
Chapel Road from Wrightsboro Road to Gordon Highway.
SECTION Ill. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
