ORDINANCE NO. 6614
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted b}:J. the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) to
Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located on the southeast right-of-way line of
Deans Bridge Road, 1,340 feet, more or less, southwest of a point where the southwest right-of-
way line of Hilson Road intersects the southeast right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road; and for
the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RlCHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as
follows:

Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Deans Bridge
Road, 1,340 feet, more or less, southwest of a point where the southwest right-of-
way line of Hilson Road intersects the southeast right-of-way Uhe of Deans
Bridge Road; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 90 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 70 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 90 feet, more or
less, to a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road;
thence, in a northerly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Deans
Bridge Road a distance of 70 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This
property contains .14 acres and is a portion of 4116 Deans Bridge Road. (Tax
Map 150 Parcel 2)
SECTION II.
This Ordinance is approved with the following stipulations:
1. That there will be no outside storage or work taking place on the property.
SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
