ORDINANCE NO. 6608 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized lmder the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-l (One-family Residential) and Zone R-IA (One-family Residential) to Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) affecting property located on the south right-of-way line of Skinner Mill Road, 400 feet, more or less, east of the southeast corner of the intersection of Woodbluff Way and Skinner Mill Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-l (One-family Residential) and Zone R-IA (One-Family Residentia\o Zone R-l C (One-family Residential) affecting property as follows: , \ z-o:t-=<"'~ ." Beginning at a point located on the south right-of-way line of Skinner Mill Road, 400 feet, more or less, east of the southeast comer of the intersection of W oodbluff Way and Skinner Mill Road; thence, in an easterly direction along the south right-of-way line of Skinner Mill Road a distance of 189.2 feet to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 770 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 189 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 675 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 2.84 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 3022 and 3024 Skinner Mill Road. (Tax Map 18 Parcel 8.01) SECTION II. This amendment to the Comprehensive Ordinance is subject to the following stipulation: That the subdivision plan must substantially conform to the concept plan submitted. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 15tl&yof April ,2003. APPROVED THIS 6.- 1 ') ,2003.
