" i 2-0~- IYo ~ .. ,., , , .- ORDINANCE NO. 6577 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirn1 the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone R-3A (Multiple- family Residential) affecting property located on the east right-of-way line of the eastern side (northbound traffic) of the divided intersection of Windsor Spring Road opposite the Crosscreek Road intersection; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone R-3A (Multiple-family Residential) affecting property as follows: / l f ~ .' .,"" . . . . ' Beginning at a point located on the east right-of-way line of the eastern side (northbound traffic) of the divided intersection of Windsor Spring Road opposite the Crosscreek Road intersection; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the east right-of-way line of the northbound traffic lane of Windsor Spring Road a distance of 475 feet to a point; thence, S 46039'02" E a distance of 420 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, S 04029'09" W a distance of 461 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, N 63059'08" W a distance of 481 feet, more or less, to, the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 4 acres and is located at 3580 Windsor Spring Road. (Tax.Map 142 pare of Parcel 4) SECTION II. This petition is approved with the following conditions: That the only uses are those allowed in an agriculture or single-family residential zone or for an independent living center affiliated with an accredited rehabilitation hospital. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
