That the Comprehel1sive Zonil1g Ordil1ance adopted by the Board of Conullissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) and B-2 (General Business) with conditions to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: 2. _O~ - , 3\ .. l'lfb .. Beginning at a point located on the southwest right-of-way line of Plowing Wells Road, 1,500 feet, more or less, north of the northwest comer of the intersection of Maddox Road and Plowing Wells Road; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 1,390 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 202 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 310 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 738 feet, more or less, to a point located on the Richmond County/Columbia County boundary line; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 590 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 290 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 390 feet, more or less, to a point located on the southwest right-of-way line of Plowing Wells Road; thence, in a southerly direction along the southwest right-of-way line of Plowing Wells Road a distance of 250 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 19 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1219,1221 and 1227 Plowing Wells Road. (Tax Map 29 Parcels 2, 77, 2.4, 76) SECTION II. This petition contains the following stipulations: That a 20' natural buffer be maintained along the southern property line. SECTION III.
