Council of Augusta, together with all an1endments which have been appLved by either the

Board of Conm1issioners of Riclm10nd County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized
under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the
State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zohe R-l (One-family

Residential) affecting property located where the southwest right-of-way line of Scott Street

SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of U:onm1issioners of Richmond

County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the

Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone R-l (One-family Residential) affecting property
I
THE AUGUST A-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:

Beginning at a point located where the southwest right-of-way Ii he Of Scott Street
intersects with the west right-of-way line of Saybrook Drive; theJce, in a southerly
direction a distance of 840 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, ih a southwesterly
direction a distance of 646 feet, more or less, to a point; thende, in a northerly
direction a distance of 1,087 feet, more or less, to a point; then~e, in an easterly
direction a distance of 588.36 feet to the point of beginning. This 'property contains
approximately 13.07 acres. (Tax Map 51 Parcel 38.03) i
