'i ORDINANCE NO.~ 7 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Cornmissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfim1 the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of ConU11issioners of RichnlOnd County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of RichnlOnd County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood ,Business) affecting property located on the southwest right-of-way line of Tobacco Road , 2, I 70 feet, more or less, southeast of the southeast comer of the intersection of Woodlake Drive and Tobacco Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of RiclU1lOnd County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property as follows: _..~:<~- z-o~ - \"3 ~ J , ,~/ .':' Beginning at a point located on the southwest right-of-way line of Tobacco Road, 2,170 feet, more or less, southeast of the southeast comer of the intersection of tII' 'j Woodlake Drive and Tobacco Road; thence, S 74026'48" E along the southwest right-of-way line of Tobacco Road a distance of 200.00 feet to a point; thence, S 15033'12" W a distance of 300.00 feet to a point; thence, N 74026'48" W a distance of 200.00 feet to a point; thence, N 15033'12" E a distance of 300.00 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains 1.37 acres. (part of Tax Map 141 Parcel 4.04) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Conm10n Seal thereof this 19~ day of Nov ,2002. APPROVED THIS 11-19- ,2002.
